We use precise intramuscular doses to help you step out of your default reactions and help you form new, more positive perspectives.
Scientific research has shown that ketamine, at controlled doses, can increase plasticity in the brain.
Simply put, ketamine can make the brain more responsive and adaptive to change.
2 hour in-person session with your expert therapist

We treat those most in need - in order to qualify you must have:
Clinical diagnosis of one of listed conditions
Anxiety
Depression
PTSD
Eating Disorder
Alcohol Use Disorder
Substance Disorder
Tried at least one form of treatment for it
Low neurological or physical risk
We take care to ensure each patient is suitable for our treatment, screening for eligibility criteria and risk factors.
Submit self referral form
Complete our simple online referral form (~5 minutes) where we ask you to share basic health information about yourself and your case for our clinical team to review.
Gather relevant documentation
In order to provide safe treatment we will need to see a copy of your GP Summary Care Record; with your consent, we are happy to request this on your behalf.
Initial Medical Consultation
Once clinically reviewed, you are invited to a 1.5 hr session with our consultant psychiatrist to explore your case in detail and confirm that this is the right treatment for you.

We begin with two sessions of talking therapy, where we explore your targets for the programme and begin engaging with ACT therapy.
2 Talking Therapy sessions
Ketamine sessions are followed by talking therapy the next day to discuss and integrate experiences, supporting therapeutic change.

Matt is a consultant psychiatrist and group analytic psychotherapist with many years’ experience across inpatient and community settings in the NHS, private and third sectors. He was previously the Medical Lead to Awakn’s London clinic, which offered ketamine-assisted psychotherapy.
His approach is informed by the idea that many of the problems we experience, as well as the resources to improve these, can be found in our relationships with others.
